On 25 October the Gauteng Fellows of SAAE gathered at the Pretoria Country Club for the Gauteng Induction Dinner. New Fellows Dr Rodney Jones, Prof Gerrit Jordaan, Seetella Makhetha and Dr Quentin Shaw were inducted by Past President Bob Pullen who stood in for Dr Trueman Goba. Edwin Kruger of SANRAL delivered a very interesting presentation about the construction of the N2, and the delays that had occurred.
