The 2013 annual lecture was presented by fellow Professor Mike Muller to the title “The Wicked Challenge of Sustaining South Africa’s Water Security”. Prof. Muller is a Visiting Adjunct Professor at the Wits Graduate School of Public and Development Management and he is also a Commissioner of the National Planning Commission.
