He has served on a diversity of ECSA structures, including the High Impact Committees, and further served as a reviewer, assessor, moderator, trainer and on the accreditation visits and as Chairperson of the ECSA Continuous Professional Development Committee.
TC Madikane served on the ECSA Council between 2009-2012 and was elected President of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers (SAIEE) in 2016. He played an active role in ensuring robust engagements between ECSA and the Voluntary Associations. Over the years he has represented ECSA in the International Engineering Alliance activities and in 2020 he was re-elected to serve on the ECSA Sixth Term Council.
The new governing council will serve a four-year term and provide strategic leadership and guidance to the ECSA administration.
