SAAE is liaising with the National Academy of Engineering (NAE) of the United States regarding a presentation of an Africa-USA Frontiers of Engineering Symposium in South Africa. The objective is to provide an opportunity for equal numbers of mid-career engineers from African countries and the USA to debate advances in engineering, technology and innovations, in their application towards meeting the needs of society. Sponsorship for this symposium is being sought locally and in the USA.
